Biography

 

Lara Pace (b.1992) is a Maltese artist who, grew up with the idea that art was a hobby but quickly began to realise that art would become a life long passion. She began her studies in art at Ordinary level (O-Level) and has continued to advance her studies until graduating in 2013, with B.A (Hons) in Fine Art with distinction at Malta College of Art, Science and Technology (MCAST) Institute of Art and Design. 

 

Over the course of her studies she has participated in a number of exhibitions, most recently Camouflage Phase Two Malta Design week, at Studio 104 in Valletta, Malta (May 12), Disclosure, at Studio 104 (March 2014) and Notte Bianca Exhibition, at Vee Gee Art in Valletta, Malta (September 2013).

 

Pace currently works as a free-lance artist and looks towards furthering her studies.  Pace works with a variety of media, yet favours printmaking, drawing and painting the most, as they aid to convey subjects of texture such as foliage, flora and fauna.
